PROIZVODSTVENNO-Tekhnicheskaya Kompaniya Delta, OOO was founded in 2005 and has more than 13 years is in the market of Metalworking as a manufacturer of reinforcing galvanized profiles for different window systems made of PVC, such as: KBE, EXPROF, REHAU, VEKA, MONTBLANC, BECKER, GEALAN, THYSSEN, PLAFEN, WINTECH, SALAMANDER, ARTEC, ALUPLAST, LG, SCHUCO.

The existing production capacity of the company is located on the territory of more than 5000 m2 and includes 2 units of longitudinal cutting of rolled metal and 14 roll forming units. Due to development of new activities, expansion of production base and introduction of innovative developments the range of products becomes richer and more various every year. More than 100 types of reinforcing bent profiles are mastered.

The special equipment and long-term experience in production of the reinforcing profiles allows to make wide scale of the required standard sizes. The possibility of quick changeover of the equipment allows to produce profiles in the shortest possible time, and the presence of 2 terminals of shipment allows to ship the profile simultaneously to several consumers.

If necessary, according to the drawings of the customer, we can within a month to master the production of almost any profile, at the same time, if the customer pays the cost of manufacturing tooling, he acquires the exclusive right of its operation.

Special attention is paid to quality at the enterprise, accurate technical control is organized. Directly on the production line check quality aspects like the geometry of the profile and the thickness of the metal. The introduced system of output profile control eliminates the entry of substandard products into the market. All production is certified - the certificate of conformity of Gosstroy of Russia No. ROSS RU.AB28.H19488.

We constantly expand our client base that speaks about high quality of production and the weighed price policy of the company. PTK, OOO Delta" has an extensive geography of deliveries includes all regions of Russia up to the Far East, and the Republic of Belarus. Shipment of products is carried out both by road and rail. Delivery of reinforcement in the remote regions produced in a 24-foot containers in the direct and direct-combined (railway-water) messages.

In 2013 our enterprise mastered a new type of production – anchor plates, the certificate of conformity of Gosstroy of Russia No. ROSS RU.AB28.H14352.
